Transforming your home for sale doesn’t have to feel like a daunting task! Without the need for a complete overhaul (or a loan!!), I’ll work my magic by helping you declutter by selecting staging items from what you already own and pack or donate the rest. I’ll even sprinkle in a few new pieces to add a touch of flair. I believe first impressions start at the curb, so if your front porch, deck or patio needs a lift I can do that too. With a keen eye for style, I’ll ensure your home looks irresistible inside and out to attract a multitude of buyers and achieve the highest possible sale price.

GARDEN, PATIO & DECK DESIGN

Revitalize your outdoor space and extend your living area into nature. As a skilled & passionate gardener, I specialize in revamping your existing garden by salvaging and enhancing its unique plants and features. I’ll carefully select plantings that thrive in your specific environment and light conditions, creating a vibrant and sustainable landscape. For decks and patios, I skillfully repurpose materials to curate inviting settings adorned with lush container gardens, ambient lighting, privacy screens and thoughtfully chosen furnishings. Each project is an artistic endeavor aimed at crafting a personal oasis where you can embrace the outdoors.

30 Minute Phone Consultation

RATES
$70/hour for an 8+ hour day

$75/hour for a 4-7 hour day

There is a 4 hour minimum. Some exceptions may apply.

RATES INCLUDE
All of the following are billed hourly: shopping (online or in-store) time, preparing interior and garden designs, coordinating services (electrical, moving, heavy duty landscaping, etc.), small donation runs (what can be carried & fit into an SUV), and scheduling large junk and donation removal services.

SUPPLIES & MATERIALS

Any supplies, containers, etc., purchased by Nest & Bloom, are not included in the hourly rates. They will be billed directly to the client at cost.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the end of each work day. Payment can be made by cash, check (written out to Nest & Bloom), Venmo (@Theresa-DiPiro, last 4 digits of cell 6624) or Zelle (nestandbloomnow@gmail.com)
